In just one week, it will be Thanksgiving! I can't believe the year has gone by so fast. This week I started making Christmas cards. I don't want to wait until the holidays are upon us and then try to get them done. Several weeks ago when I was shopping, I ran across some cute Christmas stamps and I really couldn't wait to use them. I also got some new paints. I love to paint, even though I'm not very good at it. I really need some lessons.
This card is going to be sent to friends and family. I just loved the little bird. I also have all of the new Stampin Up colors. I love these new greens and reds. I'm really glad they made the change.
I love these new paints too. They are shimmery!

Paper: Stampin Up wild wasabi, cherry cobbler, garden green, very vanilla
Stamps: Great Impressions G385, Stampin Up Baby Jesus is Born
Ink: Black StazOn, Stampin Up craft black, clear embossing powder, Sparkling H20 paints, glitter
This card is for my husband to send out. He is a musician and has a band. I found the background stamp at Hobby Lobby and thought it would be perfect to make cards for him. The flower stamp is from Holly Berry House. You can make really cool layered medallions with it. For the card, I only made two layers.
